HOUSE OF YOREH STUDIO
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the rental and use of the House of Yoreh studio facilities (“the Studio”) for podcast recordings, content creation, and photoshoots. By booking and using the Studio, you (“ the Client”) agree to comply with the following terms:

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

1.1. FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE ANY BOOKING, OF WHICH A non-refundable deposit of 50% IS INCLUDED.
1.2. Payment Method: the studio accepts credit card payments only.
1.3. All prices are listed and payable in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

2.1. Cancellations may be made up to 12 hours before the scheduled booking time. 50% of the fee (deposit) will be forfeited.
2.2. If cancellation occurs less than 12 hours before the booking, no refunds will be given.
2.3. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled booking time. Rescheduling is subject to Studio availability and will not incur an additional fee.
2.4. Rescheduling and cancellations must be done through the website booking system using the links on the confirmation email(s).
2.5. Failure to attend or notify House of Yoreh of any changes prior to 12 hours before the allocated slot will result in full forfeiture of payment.

3. USE OF STUDIO

3.1. The Client agrees to use the Studio only for the agreed purpose (podcast recording, content creation, or photoshoot).
3.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring appropriate behavior of all guests, crew, and participants during the booking.
3.3. The Client shall not engage in illegal, dangerous, or disruptive activities while using the Studio.
3.4. The Studio must be left in a clean and orderly condition. Any damage, loss, or additional cleaning costs will be charged to the Client.
3.5. Host/Client must be present at all times, and bookings cannot be transferred or sub-let.

4. DELIVERABLES

4.1. Raw files (if part of the service) will be delivered within 24 hours of the booking. We highly encourage to bring your own hard drive or SD card for us to immediately transfer the files to you.
4.2. For editing services, clients are entitled to a maximum of three (3) revisions on edits. The third revision will be considered final.

5. LIABILITY

5.1. The Studio is not liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought into the Studio by the Client or their guests.
5.2. The Client assumes full responsibility for any damage to Studio property or equipment caused by themselves or their guests.
5.3. The Studio shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control (including power outages, technical failures, or acts of nature). If a service is not able to be completed due to external factors (e.g. power cut) then the Studio will work to rearrange the timeslot at a suitable time for the Client.

6. GENERAL

6.1. By making a booking, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
6.2. the studio reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated to Clients prior to booking confirmation.
6.3. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Indonesian courts.
