TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms govern the sale and supply of coffee and related products by House of Yoreh Roastery ("we", "us", "the Roastery") to any customer placing an order ("you", "the Client"). By placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. Orders and Acceptance

1.1 A quote is valid for [14] days from issue unless stated otherwise. 1.2 An order is confirmed only once we acknowledge it in writing. A purchase order, message, or verbal request does not bind us until acknowledged. 1.3 We may decline or adjust an order based on production capacity, product availability, or outstanding payment.

2. Pricing

2.1 Wholesale prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and exclude delivery and applicable taxes unless stated. 2.2 Wholesale pricing follows our current tiered rate card, supplied on request and reviewed periodically. 2.3 We may revise prices with notice. Confirmed orders are charged at the price acknowledged at the point of confirmation.

3. Payment

3.1 Coffee is roasted to order. Production begins only once payment has cleared in full. 3.2 Payment is made to our nominated bank account or other method agreed in writing. 3.3 Credit or account terms apply only where agreed in a separate written arrangement. Where no such arrangement exists, the prepayment rule in 3.1 applies. 3.4 Overdue accounts may have production and dispatch suspended until balances are settled.

4. Production and Lead Times

4.1 Standard lead time is 5 to 7 working days from confirmed payment, subject to roast scheduling. 4.2 Urgent or expedited orders are accepted at our discretion, subject to capacity and management approval, and may carry a surcharge. 4.3 Every batch is recorded and traceable. We reserve the right to schedule production to protect quality and consistency.

5. Quality

5.1 No batch is released without passing internal quality control. 5.2 We reserve the right to withhold or re-roast any batch that does not meet our standards, and to adjust dispatch timing accordingly. 5.3 Coffee is a fresh product. Roast dates are provided so you can plan rest and use. Flavour evolves naturally after roasting.

6. Delivery, Collection and Risk

6.1 Delivery and collection arrangements are confirmed at the time of order. 6.2 Risk in the goods passes to you on dispatch or collection. Where we arrange shipping, we are not responsible for carrier delays once goods leave our premises. 6.3 You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Costs arising from incorrect details are charged to you.

7. Changes, Cancellations and Claims

7.1 Because coffee is roasted to order, an order cannot be cancelled or changed once roasting has begun. 7.2 Changes requested before roasting begins are accommodated where practical. 7.3 Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect goods must be made within [3 days] of receipt, with supporting detail. We will replace, re-roast, or refund at our discretion. 7.4 We do not accept returns for change of mind on a perishable product.

8. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

8.1 Our roast profiles, recipes, blends, pricing structures, and production methods are proprietary and confidential. A sale transfers no right in them to you. 8.2 We treat your business and order information as confidential and handle it in line with our privacy practices.

9. Liability

9.1 To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied. 9.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. 9.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply disruption, equipment failure, loss of utilities, natural events, or regulatory action.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties fall under the jurisdiction of Pengadilan Negeri Denpasar.

12. Retail and Online Store Orders

12.1 This section applies to purchases by individual consumers, in store or through our online shop, in addition to the terms above. 12.2 Retail prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is taken in full at the point of sale or checkout. 12.3 Retail orders are fulfilled from available stock or roasted to order, and dispatched once payment has cleared. 12.4 As coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded under clause 7.3. 12.5 Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that apply by law.
